I used to clean mansions like this and I can tell you the owner is most likely in the movie biz. Its a really nice property.

The house is worth it just for that beautiful private backyard, with no neighbours. Great potential.

Yeah, we like the old days (90’s early 2000’s) layouts 😏 big rooms and areas - hiding the kitchen and main living area. This house just needs some TLC 👍 - Thank you!

Our biggest problem with our market is the Appraisers. They just don't know how to value the extras. They think comps are the only thing to look at.

This is off Sahara & the strip. I forget what happened however this building was vacant for a few years. I don’t know who the developer thinks can afford this. Way over priced by at least a couple hundred thousand. HOA fees are ludicrous. I think it is unfortunate that the city did not do more to make these affordable homes & could have as there were incentives for keeping this building off the implosion list. Income driven mortgage instead the market seems to be aimed at investors which is unfortunate.

Never again with this builder. I bought a new construction townhouse last June. Low quality appliances, the cheapest materials they could use and when it comes to warranty repairs....good luck!
